Several people have been asking for some DIY instructions on these animal jar lids that I did for this neon baby shower... so here you go:
It is a super easy project...you just have to work in steps...
A few ideas for the glass jars I used: Marschino cherries in two different size bottles, almond butter, jalepeno jelly, salsa and green olives (but the gumballs smelled like green olives so I wouldn't suggest using a jar that held anything with a really strong flavor/smell! ha!)
Ta-da! All finished! How easy was that...then fill with whatever you'd like! I think I'll use the jars for my kids bathroom stuff now that the candy is all gone...
Oh - and I originally saw the idea on pinterest here...for more inspiration!

What a cute idea Heather! Kind of like reverse snowglobes. Thanks for the inspiration!
I saw these over at Armelle, and my heart skipped a beat! I've been saving up glass jars because I can't part with them (the hoarder in me) and now, I know what I'm going to do. I'm working on a circus party and these are going to be perfect!!
I love these in all white--so adorable!
I just used this idea for a baby shower. I used Winnie the Pooh animals and painted them light blue, light yellow and light green. I am so excited because they came out SUPER cute!
