Household Binder Project

My new household binder project is all complete! I got the inspiration on Pinterest from IHeartOrganizing's household project binder...My own binder needed different elements so I decided on the following tabs (so far): Calendar, Family, Blog Designs, My Blog, Finances, Meal Planning, Records. I have another binder that I keep everything for the kids (medical records, art work etc.) so I didn't want to include the kids stuff in this binder. I found this great site called Life...Your Way (thanks again Pinterest) that offers lots of free printables for your binder. I really like them all and sure I'll use them all at some point!

I chose to go with a binder and tabs from the new Martha line at Staples (big surprise - I swear they should sponsor me with how much I talk about this stuff!) It is clean and simple...I love it.
I was going to print my own calendar...but I really like the Martha Version at Staples. I like that it is a two-page layout and vertical - not horizontal like most calendars you print.

The Birthday Organizer is a free printable from Life...Your Way I still need to add lots of birthdays but it is a start! I also really like this Weekly Menu Plan (below)...I like that I can plan out my week and then write the grocery list in the right-hand column.

I'm sort of obsessed with these sticky write-on tabs. They are thick and sturdy...and I love the shape. I use them at the top of my binder to track all the clients I am currently working on for blog design.
(see below)

I also really like this notepaper. I was surprised because someone gave it a bad review on Staples but I think it is perfect. Fits perfectly in my binder and I love the perforated tear-off on the right-hand side. Makes it really easy to make lists and then tear them out.
So...there it is...I still plan on adding lots to the family and records section so I'll update as I do that...happy organizing!
