For the month of February we read Water for Elephants...I really enjoyed this book and think everyone else did too.I had to make some Elephant cookies...and had some circus-type snacks...
Everyone loved the cinnamon bear popcorn I made...it is sooooo good! And it is a really cute Valentine treat with the beautiful pink and red colors! Here is the recipe as promised:
These were little nut-cup favor baskets that I made and put a few Martha Stewart Valentine labels inside....
For drinks we had the good Coke with real sugar (no corn syrup in there!) and some yummy Shirley Temples...
We also had some chick-fil-a (you can never go wrong with that) and some baked fries that didn't turn out so great...
Oh - these are the little lemon pies that are also super yummy (and SO easy - seriously!)

It was so fun having book club at my house this month. We have such a cute group of fancy ladies...thanks for coming over and I'll see you all next month!
