Last week we celebrated 7 years of marital bliss...and it really has been bliss. my Jim is my best friend and my soul mate. no seven year itch here! For dinner (it was a Sunday so we ate in) Jim grilled some lovely steaks, I fixed a fresh wedge salad with tomatoes, blue cheese, bacon crumbles and summer corn. I also fixed some delicious little fingerling potatoes and then smashed them and added freshly grated parmesan and ground black pepper. yum. Love you babe...
