Oh my darling little mica flakes...you do me right.I'm one of those people that (this year) has had all the house trimmed in Christmas decor since two weeks before Thanksgiving. don't judge. I knew I'd be out of town and when I returned home...it was to a glittering, glowing, sparkling house full of holiday cheer.
So my love affair with mica flakes started with Bethany Lowe...and Dee Foust...I just love, love, love how all the vintage treats are caked in that chunky white glitter (which I now know are mica flakes).
My most recent obsession are these fabulous, colorful Cody Foster houses...wish this display was in my front room! But I've been working on a little project that I'll share soon that I've had a lot of fun with...and duh...of course it involves copious amounts of mica flakes....stay tuned.
