We had a great time with the family this 4th of July! Everyone came up to our house for a BBQ~they were all heading to the Stadium of Fire later so it worked out perfectly. The above photo is my favorite lemon pie recipe and they look so cute baked in the mini tins served up with whipped cream (with plenty of vanilla extract...yum).Cupcakes baked in ice-cream cones...the kids got a kick out of them...and they tasted pretty good too.
