So this may look a bit like a hot mess...but let me tell you how delish this ice-cream cookie sandwich was! Scoopology is now at the Southtowne Mall. Adam and Ann came up and took us to dinner for Jim's birthday (thank you so much!)...we then had a bit of dessert.This particular creation is their fusion cookie (sugar cookie with Circus Animal cookies baked in the dough) ice-cream sandwich. You pick a cookie and then one of their flavors of icecream to go in the sandwich. TIP: you must ask for the FRESH cookies...one was the bomb and the other not nearly as good...so ask for the freshiest baked delight. Go check it out....yum
