This past week Sunflower Farmers Market had their strawberries for 99cents a container...I bought a whole bunch and made six batches of strawberry freezer jam (my hubby's favorite). This go-round I used half sugar/half splenda so I'll see how it turns out and let you know! Now the freezer is all full....and for those who haven't made freezer jam it is super easy! Seriously...
